Training courses and seminars are projects that promote sharing of experiences between youth workers, volunteers and activists; encourage collaboration and partnership; foster development of educational methods and sharing good working experiences in youth field.
Training courses have set topics and are designated to develop skills, knowledge and capabilities of participants. Training courses are specifically targeted at building the capacity of youth workers and organizations to develop quality activities.
Seminars are activities where set topics that are important to youth work are examined. Participants of the project have discussions, are sharing good practice and theoretical knowledge.
Culture Centre „In Actio“ in partnership with NGOs from Europe and neighboring countries, organizes training courses and seminars in Lithuania and takes part in projects hosted by partners.

Project “Effect” is a training course about effective human rights education with young people in international level.
Project “Youth Action Plan in BSR (Baltic Sea Region) 2007 -- 2009 -- feasibility visit which main idea was to gather youth from Baltic sea region and to discuss future perspectives of working together.

November 20 – 28, 2010 Youth from various parts of Europe came to Training courses “Up to to a challenge!” in Macedonia to become a good mentor.
Main aim of training course “Promoting Minority Youth Empowerment in Europe” was to provide youth workers with competences how to include young people from minorities into community life.
The aim of the project “Facing the Difference” was to increase positive attitude among young people to solve conflicts that they can face by organizing an international activity.
Training course “All together now” was made to empower youth leaders in developing strategies to spread awareness on human rights among youngsters.
“Immigration: Fate of the Mediterranean” -- a project of a seminar on immigration which is one of the most controversial topics in the Mediterranean countries.
People from 6 countries came to a training course “Acting for a drug free life!” to learn how prevent drug using in youth work.
O.U.T. – a training course on outdoor education in Greece.
A project “SEE youth in action” was made to raise the quality of EVS (European Voluntary Service) projects with SEE region.
The participants of “Space Games” learned about group dynamics, leadership, intercultural learning, diversity, xenophobia, discrimination and much more.
